UPPER COUNTRY HOUSE

This country house sleeps 4-5 people. Access to the house is reached from an outside staircase which leads to an enclosed sitting area, great for relaxing, with it's own hand painted fresco by Jean Tori. On the first floor is a very large kitchen / dining / living room with an old fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped.

On the same floor are two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and one with a single bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Upstairs is a very large attic bedroom with a queen size bed (or two singles) and a huge ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. All rooms have windows and views.

Outside, at the garden level, is a patio and on the other side of the house is a large terrace, wonderful for dining 'al fresco' overlooking the Upper Tiber Valley.
