LOCATION

Caiporri is 30 minutes by car from Perugia Airport and can also be reached by car from the following cities that have airports and train stations: Bologna–220 km; Florence-114 km; and Rome-240 km. Caiporri is 60 km by car from Terontola; 80 km from Arezzo; and 45 km from Perugia, which all have train stations. From these last two cities, you can hire a car or take the bus to Trestina, which is 5 minutes by car from Caiporri.

A private customized taxi service is also available to take you to and from any desired location.

If you are planning to reach Caiporri by light aircraft, the airstrip of Sant’Illuminato (500m grass runway) is 5 min distance by car and the airstrip of Sansepolcro (800m grass runway with fuel availability) is 20 min by car. A taxi service is available.

It is your responsibility to leave the property with all its furniture and effects in good condition and you must inform the owner of any damage to accommodation or its contents caused during your stay and to pay for any such damage.

Heating: Heating in the house, when necessary, is charged by the meter and the cost, calculated based on consumption, is the responsibility of the client, payable at the time of departure.

Number of people per property: Only those persons stipulated in the booking form may stay at the house and the total number of persons must not exceed the authorised number stated in the house description.

Bed linens and towels are supplied for the week. For those staying more than one week, there is a total change of bed linens and towels and also a weekly house cleaning.

Rentals include hot water, cooking gas and a completely equipped kitchen with a full complement of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils.

There is a vast selection of shops and services for daily needs in Fabbrecce and Trestina, 5 minutes from Caiporri, with everything from banks, post offices, newsagents, internet point, pharmacies, greengrocers, supermarkets and wine merchants.
