PAYMENTS
The deposit is 50% of the total rental. Balance is due 40 days prior to the rental. The booking is effective upon receipt of the deposit and booking form. Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation charges: 20% of total rental up to 39 days prior to rental. 50% of total rental if cancellation is made beetween 38 and 24 days prior to the rental.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Saturday to Saturday bookings - unless there are no conflicting bookings.
Arrival: there is no specific time, but a phone call is appreciated specifying approx time of arrival.
Departure: by 10:00 am (this is also flexible depending on arrival of the following guests).
